Travel - individually billed card

Individually Billed Accounts are State travel credit cards issued to employees who travel on university related business. Employees must submit an application and be approved by the State. Upon approval, the cards are issued in the employee’s name for use during business related travel.
The Cardholder is billed for travel charged to the credit card and is responsible for payment by the due date.
Cardholders submit travel vouchers to request reimbursement through the Travel Area of the UNT System Business Service Center.
