82-bed conversion of the former Clarence Hotel located two minutes from the seafront. Commenting on the funding structure that secured the development Tony O’Brien said:
The Shlomo Memorial Fund and Travelodge have worked together to identify and secure a more innovative funding structure.
“Shlomo has granted a long-term ground lease to Maven Capital Partners to take advantage of the extremely strong investment yields currently available for this kind of product and Maven’s investors have also taken advantage of the tax advantages available through the Business Renovation Properties Allowance scheme.
