Travelers Baseball Schedule
Rain, rain, go away! We're crossing our fingers for a change in the weather forecast, because this weekend is filled with fun, fun, fun! The Arkansas Travelers are scheduled to play their first round of home games, Pinnacle Mountain is celebrating Earth Day and downtown Conway is going to be a superhero hotspot. Plus, foodie families can enjoy Turkish and Indian cuisine at two delicious festivals.

Arkansas Travelers Season Opening at Dickey-Stephens Park: It’s officially baseball season at Dickey-Stephens Park! Catch one of the first few home games of the season this week, as the Arkansas Travelers play the Frisco RoughRiders Thursday through Saturday and the Midland RockHounds Sunday through Tuesday. This season, families can enjoy new inflatable attractions in the kid’s zone (including the custom Otey bouncer!) a trackless train for little fans and more (read our full article on the new attractions here). $4-$12 in advance; add $1 per ticket on game day. 7:10 p.m. April 16-18, 20-21; 6:10 April 19. Earth Day Celebration at Pinnacle Mountain State Park: Earth Day is April 22, but you can celebrate a few days early at Pinnacle Mountain State Park! Tree planting, tie-dying, and "Leave No Trace" activities are just a few of the events that will make this celebration something to remember. 5th Annual Turkish Food Festival at Raindrop Turkish House: Learn about a rich culture and taste authentic and delicious samples of historical Turkish cuisine like shish kebabs, gyro wraps, baklava and stuffed grape leaves.
